COVID-19 NOTICE

ENT Partners of Texas is dedicated to the health and safety of our employees and our patients.

We are asking our patients to follow the national health care CDC guidelines. If you are feeling sick, have fever, chills, sweats cough or sore throat, or you have been around anyone with COVID-19, we ask you to stay home and reschedule your appointment.

We will not be seeing any patients with a cough and/or a fever. If you have a cough or fever please contact your Primary Care Physician. If you do not have a Primary Care Physician, please contact the Dallas County Health Department at (214) 819-2000.

We are currently open and have resumed scheduling surgeries, with some changes noted below.

Please note that you will be screened by Baylor Scott and White employees at the East Entrance before you can enter our building. Please allow additional time before your appointment to get through that screening process.

You MUST be wearing a face mask before you will be allowed into the building.

Please come alone, or bring as few people with you as possible.

If you are a new patient, please complete your new patient paperwork ahead of time and email that to us at mytexasent@myupdox.com or fax it to (972) 695-8796 before your appointment so we can limit the time that you are in the waiting room.

We are also offering telehealth appointments to our established patients, if telehealth is an appropriate option for your type of appointment. Please call the office to schedule a telehealth appointment, or to find out if that is a viable option for you. We will not offer telehealth visits for any new patients.

We have reduced our staff to reduce risk of exposure. If you need to call our office, please be patient and understand hold times may be longer than normal.

Let us reassure you ENT Partners of Texas have always carefully disinfected our equipment before or after each use, and we repeatedly clean our office to maintain a safe and healthy environment. With this outbreak we have further expanded our office protocols and increased the frequency of cleaning of all patient contact areas.

We strongly encourage everyone to follow the CDC’s precautionary measures in an effort to remain healthy and prevent the spread of COVID19:

  1. Practice “Social Distancing” and avoid close contact with anyone who is sick.
  2. Frequently wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
  3. Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces.
  4. Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth to prevent the spread of germs.
  5. Stay home when you have any symptoms or are sick, except to get medical care.
  6. Cover your mouth with your inner elbow or a tissue when coughing or sneezing to avoid the spread of germs.
  7. Wear a mask anytime you are outside of your home.

We want to reassure you we are closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation. We will continue to update you as more pertinent information and guidelines are developed. In the meantime, please call if you have any questions or concerns.
